BQ76940EVM开发板检测15节电池的电压，开发板的电压测试口C0-C15电压值均正常，但芯片BQ76940的REGOUT引脚没有输出2.5V电压值。现在可能存在两种情况：1是芯片已经烧坏；2是芯片压根没工作。请问REGOUT引脚的输出电压值受到其他哪些引脚的影响，那种可能性比较大？
