此芯片电压型控制芯片，当软启电容较小时，开机容易出现过流现象，但是如果此时增大软启电容，开机电流被限制但是输出电压出现过冲现象，请帮忙确认如何折中解决此问题。
附件中是红色波形为5V输出电压，绿色波形为原边变压器电流
亲；建议用CD非对称软启动模式，或在反馈电阻上臂加一RC微分试试。
