UCC3895 上电即击穿供电脚

最近在用3895在做一个2000W的项目。辅助电源，PFC均能正常工作但在调试PSFB时一上电即击穿3895VCC端，同时ABCD驱动脚用万用表测其正反向压降一致。正常应该是正向较大，反向较小些。烦请各位专家帮我分析一下是什么原因，辅助电源12V供电正常不存在过冲。
