最近在做一款产品，想在生产线上未装电池的情况下，直接适配器，想测试后续电路，发现，不加电池，BQ24195的输出电压为零，请问BQ24195 不带电池能输出电压吗，在没有电池的情况下，能够为后续电路供电吗?
