核对LM3478资料，没有提到buck结构。烦请核实确认LM3478是否可设计开发buck结构电路？
LM3478可以通过以下方式实现buck结构。
1. 低端buck：开关管放LOW side，Vout+与Vin+相连，通常这种结构适用于输入与输出不共地，如LED场合。
2.LM3478+LM5104（driver）实现同步buck。
