用ucc27211做buck同步整流

测试一：HI,LI接地

结果：HS,HB均为11.2V左右

测试二：HI接3.3vpwm,LI接地

结果：如测试一

测试三：HI接3.3vpwm,LI接地，HS接地

结果：可以输出，但是占空比为99%的时候，输出电压为8.5v

    Hi

       测试HB/HS是否有短路（也看chargepump电容焊接有没有问题？）

       如果没有问题，驱动HI、LI给互补的占空比看看（同步buck，一个驱动正常一个不正常是无法正常输出的）

    我按照你的说法做了（所有参数如图）

    电源设置：高边pwm：75kHz  3.3V  10%          底边：悬空         HO悬空

    输出结果：HB为11.2V,     HO为12V,     HS为0V，

    现把HO接上mos，输出为8V, 测试HO端口，严重失真， 过一会芯片烧毁
