客户需求 当限流或短路保护发生后，断开负载立刻恢复放电功能，这一点好像TIDA-00449的原理图貌似没有断开负载检测的功能？即MCU如何判断断开负载？
做负载断开检测比较简单，可以简单的通过一个电阻分压网络检测P-的电压。当发生保护后，负载不断开，则P-为高电压。断开后，P-变回低电压。
