用个降压芯片来做即可，按照你电流需要可以选择TPS54x40的各个版本（TPS54040, TPS54140,TPS54240,TPS54340)
设计参照TPS54160的设计方案： http://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/an/slva369a/slva369a.pdf (或者你直接用TPS54X60的各个版本，他是TPS54X40的60V输入版本）
