TPS61021A升压模块带负载情况

因为没有制板，我按照典型电路接线搭建了一个电路，输出3.3V，正常。但是一接上负载（负载最大工作电流150mA），芯片TPS61021A管脚接线会自动断开，芯片烧坏（输出端与地连通）。请问这是什么原因？按照上面说的，芯片本身输出电流远大于负载电流，应该不存在带不动负载的问题。
