在使用贵司BQ24040这款芯片时，发现用USB冲电，冲电电流约为360MA的情况下，芯片温度约为60度。对于外围接法使用的是推荐电路，其中TS脚接10K电阻对地。请在冲电时芯片温度是否正常？如果不正常应该从哪几个方面去寻找原因？
