手册中的输入电压范围为4.5到17V，16V应该是可以的，具体是什么样的现象？
把OVPSET电压改小后可以充，不过充电电流只是280MA
对一下ISET引脚的电阻值，看看和电阻值设定的电流是否一致
设置是800MA的
