求助！PTH08T221W设计电容问题！

我在设计PTH08T221W模块底板的时候 手册上写的是输入电容最小要300uf的陶瓷电容

The PTH08T221W requires a minimum input capacitance of 300µF of ceramic type.

但是并没有这么大的陶瓷电容啊~最大的好像才100uf而且高精度的要680uf的电容。。。真的不知道该怎么办了，是要买好多并联起来吗，还是我理解错了？

附件是手册，第13页是对电容的要求，求解答~
