设计了一块反激电源，设定工作频率为约100k（5.1k3.3nF），其实工作只有60k，这是为什么？

这个芯片好像有很多家公司都有出，确认是TI生产的吗？（有可能其他家参数计算上有差异）
其次除了频率异常外？其他是否都正常？（还是异常后表现出频率也异常）
以实际频率为准，按照图表选择的参数会跟实际值有较大偏差。
