BQ25703A是可读可写的，读出来的值没有变化代表没有写进去，建议你确认一下写的操作。
bq25703A的寄存器该用single read/write 还是 multi read/write 来操作呢？
写操作时，用示波器抓了，抓出来的值如下：
110 1011 0 0 （0x6B W ACK）
0011 0101 0 (0x35 ACK)
1111 1111 0 (0xFF ACK)
