部分产品上TPS2552DBVR 检测不到输出电压，三脚为使能引脚。
电路里面是给使能端拉低，才供电的，不超500MA.外围元件是否有影响，只有部分有这个情况。
s首先，做一下ABA交叉验证，看一下异常是伴随IC还是伴随PCB
部分参数设计的比较临界也有可能是原因之一

看一下芯片是否有混料（用成TPS2553)？
然后再交互验证是否是TPS2552芯片问题？
检查了丝印代码都是2552，很奇怪，之前陆续用了5-6K,没出现有这个问题
