按照TPS60403的datasheet搭建了一个电源电路，输入是USB 的+5V， 输出是-4.85V， 请问怎么样才能让它输出-5V呢？

没办法输出- 5V。 只能尽量降低输出阻抗减小与-5V的压差。 这个是chargepump的确定，负载越大，与越大。 、
采用相对尽量低ESR的电容，同时Cfly略大一点点。
