在TL431供电电压逐渐建立的过程中，供电电压未达到TL431最小供电电压时，芯片内部的电压基准值是多少呢？确定态还是未定态
这个过程很短，按照逻辑来说，是未确定的。但是研究这个貌似也没什么意义吧。

基准也应该是偏低的，具体建议实际测试确认。
未建立期间，肯定也会偏低，逐渐抬高
