你的输出电流是多少？可以采用输入耐压大于15V的Buck降压电路。

在LM2576 datasheet: http://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/ds/symlink/lm2576.pdf 第十八页有负压转负压的DC/DC转化。
从电路看是输入负压比较输出负压高， 所以-15V转-5V用降压芯片只能做做看。
在你的板子上相信是有正电压的， 正电压转负电压很容易实现，用降压芯片就可以。
