建议看一下开关信号波形，如果波形不稳有可能是环路不稳定。PCB布局建议和Webench中导出结果进行对比优化。
你是在什么负载情况下测试的，效率的测试跟负载关系很大。
关于电感啸叫，1 电感是否浸漆 2，Sw是否有抖动 3 检查FB回路是否合理
