LM5175想做大功率输入18-36Ｖ 输出33Ｖ/25Ａ或更大功率能否加驱动来实现，如是直接驱动最大功率能做到多少Ｗ，谢谢！

能做多大功率与芯片驱动能力以及MOS的选取有关，很难量化。
如果你选用LM5175, 做起来会比较困难，除了芯片驱动力不是很大，需要选择尽量小Qg的MOS, 而且在升降压切换的时候容易出问题。
或者你可以选择UCC28950这类全桥的芯片来做，TI有提供一个类似的案例： www.ti.com.cn/.../pmp6712
