    请参考芯片规格书功能原理框图:

    1. 第一级OVP保护在VOSNS脚,内部基准电压为2.5V。当VOSNS脚的电压超过2.75V时,停止发驱动;当VOSNS脚的电压低于2.675V,重新开始发驱动。假设输出电压设定在400V,第一级过压保护点为440V。
    2. 第二级OVP保护在ZCD/CS脚,通过对MOSFET的Drain脚电压分压,连接到ZCD/CS脚,内部的基准为1.125V。在MOSFET关断的情况下,输出电压会反映在MOSFET的Drain脚。IC内部如果在4个连续的开关周期内检测到ZCD/CS脚的电压超过1.125V,会停止驱动1s,然后重新启动。由于ZCD/CS脚外部的分压电阻为1:400,第二级OVP保护点为1.125*(1+400)=451V。
