BQ3060监测三元电池的电量等信息，同时利用SMBUS与BQ25700A连接，请教关于BQ25700A外接DC电源给BQ3060监测的电池充电的时候，怎么实现从涓流充电，到恒流充电，最后到恒压充电整个过程。
恒流和恒压充电由充电器来实现。
BQ3060本身也支持预充，需要跟充电器配置看是哪边来实现。
