我们用TPS2378 和LM5085 设计一款非隔离PD，电路如附件: TPS2378&LM5085&RJ45.PDF. 样机PCBA如附件：sample.jpeg。
其中TVS (58V)D6,D7 连接外壳地（安装孔，RJ45屏蔽罩直接连接外壳地）。
当POE 交换机（博达 S2108POE，华为S2700 交换机）外壳接地，样机也外壳接地时，PD不上电。
断开样机PCBA 外壳地，供电正常。
请帮忙分析原因，谢谢！
