调试器为USB Interface Adapter，下载软件为Fusion Digital Power Studio，但是总是显示“No Device Found”。
使用的器件是UCD3138ARMHR，焼写接口如下
检查了V33D引脚和V33A引脚，为3.3V；检查BP18引脚，为1.77V；同时使用示波器查看了reset引脚的上电时序，V33D的上升时间在3.4ms，reset的时间常数在3ms左右。
USB驱动应该没有问题，Adapter上有绿色灯，只是Adapter查找不到器件（UCD3138A）
