这个pin脚就是用来指示vstor（当pfet on的时候vstor的电压与vbat是几乎一致的）的电压是否小于你通过Rbatok设定的负载最低工作电压门限，即此时vabt的电压是否能够支持你负载开机工作，如果低于门限后，vbatok的跳变就是说明能量不够了，负载端的处理器准备做保存资料等关机保护动作。
