我用示波器探头测TPS53318  EN的波形发现电压被拉低了，把探头移开EN电压就正常了，我试了几次之后

EN信号就彻底变低了，这次我试了两台都出现了这个现象，有一台是EN拉低，VOUT电压也是低

但PGOOD电压反而是高，现在问题太奇怪了，麻烦帮忙分析下
