从恒流的角度看，充电电流等于芯片内部sense电压除以外部sense电阻，sense电压芯片内部恒定，而sense是外部不变，造成电流上不去，代表sense电路出现问题，有可能是sense电阻layout不好，也可能是sense先走线不好造成了一定的noise，导致电流在3,5A左右就已经达到本身你设置电流所达到的sense电压。
