BQ3060 只检测到3个电池

请问下 4节18650电池串联使用。在软件 BQ Evaluation Software 中的SBS页面。Voltage 电压只有12287mV. Cell Voltage 4 始终为 0。通过测量 BQ 3060芯片的VC1、VC2、VC3、VC4 四个引脚的电压都有。在 Calibrate页面，校准时，也只检测到3个电池。请问下，修改哪个参数可以设置电池个数。
