没有标是bottom view还是top view，觉得是bottom view ，又不敢确定，一旦错了整块板就废了，请帮忙！
是从芯片上面看下去的俯视图，相当于芯片是透明的，你从上面看到了引脚图
画PCB时直接按照Datasheet上的引脚封装图画即可
请结合数据手册的第7页的引脚分布图及封装图，找出1脚所对应有边，然后按照尺寸去画封装就不容易出错。
网上找到芯片图片对了一下，应该是bottom view
