1. 评估板说用100k的NTC，为何RNTC-BK会等于243K呢，RNTC-END=71.5K？
2.RNTC-BK和RNTC-END和NTC有什么关系？
Using a standard 100k NTC thermistor (connected to pins 4 and ll), find the resistances corresponding to
TBK and TEND (RNTC-BK = 243 kΩ and RNTC-END = 71.5 kΩ) from the manufacturer's datasheet. Assuming RREF1
= RREF2 = 49.9 kΩ, then RBIAS = RNTC-BK= 243 kΩ.
