建议您用TI电源主页（www.ti.com.cn/.../power_portal.page）的搜索软件搜索，符合的芯片比较多，如：TPS61170,TPS61175，TPS55340，LMR64010,LMR62104, LM2585/6/7/8 ,及外置MOS的TPS40210。
具体需要看你的负载电流多大，可以在datasheet上查看，并找到合适的芯片(在上述搜索列表中也可以看到最大输出电流).
