LM3485MM制作24V转5V电源，只是带了200mA的负载外部mos管严重发热？如何解决？电路图是根据官方的软件自动生成的。目标是做成1.5A的嵌入式电源。

MOS选择建议是尽量小Qg，尽量小Rdson.，也建议选择有Powerpad散热的MOS（热阻小一些的）
另外MOS的散热还有注意底部是否有PowerPad，Powerpad需要足够的GND扩展散热。
就你这个条件而言，选择内置MOS的控制芯片其实更简单。
