选择 IC TL1451时， 数据手册说明其误差放大器的输入电压为0-20V， 误差放大器数据表中，最小输入电压为1-1.4V。现在测试时，TL1451ACPWR 输入电压到1.9V ，内部误差放大器就不能正常工作（输出不受控），但是另外一个型号，TL1451ACN 输入4V，也能正常工作。

目前测试给0V-1.85V能正常工作。 现在准备测试TSSOP-16，SOP-16，DIP-16。封装的差别。
