采用UCC21520推荐的负压方案驱动SiC MOSFET,如何选择电源芯片供电?

采用UCC21520datasheet中推荐的第三种供电方案,即在驱动通路上串联稳压管与电容并联对的方法对SiC MOSFET负压驱动。SiC MOSFET推荐开启电压为18V,现准备采用22V电源给UCC21520供电,选择3.3V稳压管用于产生负压,导通时GS电压约为22V-3.3V=18.7V。开关频率大概在200k,估算驱动电流峰值约为0.3A。

有没有什么推荐的供电方案来给UCC21520供22V电压?有一个12V直流源,想找个简单的方案来产生22V隔离电压。
