看到LM3481是用P沟道MOS，实际看很多人用都是用N沟道的MOS，实际是要用哪一种呢？

如果是用N沟道的话，用哪个型号的MOS比较好呢？

我现在具体是想用7.4V的锂电，升压到15V/2A，请各位大神指点。
