有款无线产品，4接干电池供电，满电电压在6V-6.5V。要用LDO转成3V。无线发射时电流在40-70mA，待机uA级别。
目前由用到TPS78230的，但是它的输入电压最大6V，建议最大5.5V，不满足输入电压条件。
看到款低Iq的TPS706，但是这个芯片似乎缺货严重，有没有其他不缺能满足条件的，当然了，成本尽量低。
可以看一下TPS714.
