原先是用的bq24600方案，没有用平衡充电，方案很稳定，已经批量上市
现想加上bq29209来平衡平衡充电，发现有时候测试可以平衡充电，有时候又不行
还有发现bq29209是在一节电池充满 电后在平衡而不是在充电的过程中去平衡？
