最近发现一个问题：
TPS3828-3.3的WDI管脚在板子上电到运行一直保持低电平，超过了TPS3828-3.3的喂狗时间但是TPS3828-3.3一直没有产生复位信号，不知道是什么情况呢？
从原理图开始检查一下，看一下WDI引脚有什么电路导致其一直被拉底
