DSP所用电源欠压监测芯片TPS3307-18的问题

DSP手册(例如TMS320F28335)中描述3.3V供电范围为3.135V-3.465V,

而电压监测芯片TPS3307系列手册所述,该芯片可用于DSP的电源监测,TPS3307系列监测3.3V的阈值电压是2.93V,低于DSP的电压范围3.135V,

那么当电源电压大于2.93V小于3.135V时,TPS3307无法监测到电源的异常,但此时的电压值对于DSP来说已经低于正常的门限值,DSP还能否正常工作?

请问,1.是否还可以使用TPS3307监测3.3V电源,如何监测?

           2.TPS3307设置的2.93的门限是出于何种考虑?

           3.如果继续使用TPS3307对CPU的IO电源3.3V进行欠压监测,是否存在上述隐患?DSP还能否正常工作?
