我手里有一个客户正常使用的bq78pl116的锂电池保护板，IC版本号为G3年份，而从淘宝上购买了几片新的bq78PL116 G4年份芯片更换到客户电池保护板上，结果在用bqWizard 3.2版本软件连接保护板时出现了unable to connect to device……的对话框提示。不知道是哪里出了问题，检查了很多地方，LDO 2.5V工作也很正常。不知道是不是还有更新版本的程序，请指导，谢谢！
