如题，还有如何迅速找到TI相关封装芯片的热阻参数等，因为有些SPEC上的描述不完全
在数据手册的第6页有结到环境的热阻，结到封闭的热阻没有提供。

这一般和不同的package有关，你可以查相应的package不同的热阻，而且同一款芯片，不同的封装的热阻也是不一样的。所以对应不同的封装去查，会容易一些。
