第二个指示灯状态，用万用表测量其电压，竟然有4.2v的电压。
状态管脚不是三态门吗？
第一个led闪烁，说明充电出现了错误，参考datasheet中充电流程图，逐一排除；对于BQ2005 ,state1和2都是开漏输出，所以输出high的时候，high电平的大小等于其外部的上拉源。
