造成这个开关毛刺的原因是什么，怎么能够消除这样的毛刺？请大神指教！
下面是我们的原理图
这种内置MOS管的，无法通过降低开通速度来减小尖峰，如果PCB布局无法改善，只能是通过再D3上加RC吸收来降低了。不过如果没什么影响，可以不用管。
