我做了一块测试板 来测试申请的BQ25101 和 BQ25101H 的样品 ， 发现充放电一两个循环之后 ， 发现拔掉充电器后，电池漏电严重 ，远远超过规格书标示的75nA 。
测量发现 在 充电芯片 OUT 和 TS 脚 之间 产生了一个 几百欧姆的等效电阻 。不知道有没有人碰到过这种情况 。
我这个板子 纯粹是来 测试这两颗充电芯片的 ， 没有其他负载 。
