参照官网开发板设计的板子，现在电源模块出现以下问题（DSP型号是TMSC6748,电源芯片是TPS650250）：

1：电源模块是按照官网开发板的设计的，现在问题是1.3V输出也就是VDCDC3一直是1.58V不管分压电阻换多大；

2：另外1.8V实际输出是1.96V，这个1.96正常吗。

请问，以上问题可能是什么原因。
