设计输入为24V，输出为5V/3A，
1.上传图片的时候不可以直接复制，需要以文件方式上传的。
2.你LMR16030的原理图是自己设计的吗，建议用webench或者TINA-TI仿真试试

另外请确认器件有没有虚焊状态的。
应该是layout的问题，电感发声就是环路问题，建议你按照数据手册或wenbench去选择外围器件以及layout
