TPS61165输出电流过大，FB电压超过200mV

求助各位工程师，电路这样接，当我的负载挂一个3串5并的LED组时，FB的电压测量达到400mv，输出的电流也达到200ma（这里有一点，就是我用直流稳压电压直接给这个LED组供电的时候，电压是１１.５V，电流是２００ｍｖ），电流怎么没有按照计算的95ma来给，FB电压怎么会高出两倍，如果接的负载所需功率大于电路中设计能够输出的功率会不会导致这种情况，求教各位工程师
