系统关机时，把OTG管脚置0，并且开启ship mode。这时BQ25895功耗很低，电池输出电流只有20uA左右。

但一旦插入充电，再拔出充电线，在系统没开机的情况下，PMID会输出和电池电压差不多的电压，这时OTG管脚依旧是低电平，电池输出电流直接升到25~30mA。这是为什么？
