目前设计一块板子需要考虑兼容LPDDR4x，就需要用到一款0.6V输出的电源，有没有推荐用于LPDDR4x VDDQ的电源？
TPS53515和TPS65295可以用作LPDDR4的VDDQ，楼主要用LPDDR4X，那就是TPS53515满足要求，只是它的输出电流太大，12A.一般用LPDDR4X的场景，都不会有很大功耗，有点浪费
