现象是发现一片失效，RAMP脚对地测量阻抗只有66欧姆，
LM25119 手册上说RAMP脚是个输出脚 不涉及耐压，后面又说 不能直接连接VIN 因为耐压问题，实际上总会在这个脚加一个电压，具体耐压是多少呢？
RAMP电压是根据RC计算可以得到的，一般来说不会超过1.2V。
